CanDo Lettings Apply Process -- Step 1 - Apply online, Step 2 - View a property, Step 3 - Move in.

Who can apply?

Anyone can apply who is in receipt of housing benefit or a low income household in housing need.

How do I apply?

> It’s easy – complete our online referral form (Please make sure all sections are completed fully to enable us to deal with your application effectively)

> Your referral will be active for one month and during that time we will endeavour to find you a suitable home.

> If we are unable to find you a suitable home within one month and you have not found alternative accommodation, then you can reapply by completing the referral form again.

Please be aware that referrals completed by support workers will take priority

What do CanDo need from me?

If you decide to take one of our properties you will need to provide the following documentation:

> Photographic Identification (for example a passport or driver’s license)
> Proof of National Insurance Number
> Proof of income (for example confirmation of benefits or wage slips from your    employer).
> Your bank/post office/building society statements for the last two months
