Negotiators – Our Negotiators meet with landlords to take properties on and then carry out viewings with tenants to secure tenancies. The negotiators are responsible for agreeing rents & fees, landlord and tenant sign-ups, and handle our properties until they are occupied.

Property Management Assistants – Our Property Management Assistants are responsible for co-ordinating repairs to our properties as well as overseeing property management, tenancy management and all general enquiries. The property management assistants are the first point of contact for all of our clients.

Finance & Administration Assistant (we are currently recruiting for this role) – Our Finance and Administration Assistant is responsible for all landlord and tenant rent accounting, contractor payments and Housing Benefit liason as well as all queries relating to payments and monies.
Multi Skilled Operative – Our Multi Skilled Operatives are responsible for carrying out interim property inspections during and at the end of tenancies. They also carry out minor repairs and maintenance to our properties during the inspections should they be needed.
