About CanDo Lettings
CanDo Lettings is a social lettings agency, set up in 2007 by Cadwyn Housing Association to help tackle homelessness and improve the quality of housing for people on low incomes in Cardiff. We manage properties on behalf of private landlords and provide them to single people and families who are in housing need.
CanDo provides a full property management solution for landlords, offering competitive rates and an exceptional level of service, which earned us a UK Housing Award for Innovation and Efficiency in 2010. We are now also operating in the Vale of Glamorgan due to our success in Cardiff.
How are we regulated?
We are a ‘not for profit’ organisation and Cadwyn is led by a voluntary Board which is responsible for the way we operate. The board is made up of 12 people, three of whom are tenants elected by other tenants annually. The Board meets every month to monitor performance, agree future strategy and decide policies.
